Lina plays a key role in ensuring students receive a professional, supportive and seamless experience throughout their learning journey with Australian Work Skill.<br /> As RTO Administration Manager, Lina oversees the day-to-day coordination of student administration, compliance processes and onboarding systems, helping ensure every student is supported from enrolment through to completion.<br /> Known for her attention to detail, strong industry knowledge and commitment to student success, Lina works closely with mentors, trainers and support staff to maintain high standards across all areas of the organisation.<br /> Passionate about creating positive student experiences, Lina is dedicated to helping learners feel supported, informed and confident every step of the way.

Our dynamic Marketing and Brand Ambassador Coordinator who plays a pivotal role in promoting our apparel and brand across various platforms. Rana combines her expertise in marketing strategies with her flair for modeling, effectively showcasing our products to our audience. With a keen eye for trends and a passion for brand representation, Rana ensures that our marketing efforts resonate with our target market while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
As a Trainer and Assessor, my primary responsibility is to support, guide and assess learners as they work towards achieving their elected nationally recognised qualifications. I assess students assessments via the Australian Work Skills portal on their knowledge and practical skills against the units of competency, ensuring all assessments meet the principles of fairness, validity, reliability and flexibility. I provide constructive feedback to help learners improve and succeed. I also foster a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.I check in on their welfare and offer guidance or encouragement. If further support is needed, I refer students to appropriate services, such as counsellors, wellbeing officers, or external support organisations.I also promote mental health awareness, respectful behaviors, and positive communication. By building trust and showing empathy, I help students feel more confident in seeking help when needed, contributing to a more positive and productive learning experience.
