A traineeship involves a formal training agreement between the trainee and their employer. In this arrangement, the employer commits to providing training to the trainee in a particular industry, while the trainee agrees to work and learn simultaneously. These opportunities are open to individuals of all age groups and typically span from nine to 48 months, with the duration varying based on the chosen vocation and certificate level.
Your chosen AASN provider will appoint a local field consultant who will be responsible and will assist with inquiries, Traineeship registrations, submissions of the Training Contract, and the processing of your federal incentive claims.
Throughout the progression of the Traineeship, they can also provide assistance with suspensions if your Trainee needs to temporarily pause their program for various reasons. The AASN services are funded under an Australian Government contract and ae provided at no cost to you.
