Enrolment Process

You can enrol at anytime. Find the course you want to study, click Apply Now, and complete the application form. It only takes around 5 minutes and once completed, you will be contacted by our office to discuss the suitability of the course you have chosen and the next steps.

Begin by completing the online application form. Following your application, an AWS representative will reach out to discuss the suitability of the chosen course and confirm Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) requirements.

Choose your electives, and we will send you and your employer (if applicable) a Training Plan for signatures, outlining the course start date and expected end date.

Upon confirmation, you will receive a welcome email along with login details to access your personalised online platform. Within the first week of enrolment, a dedicated Student Mentor will contact you to schedule an induction to the online platform and facilitate a meet-and-greet. During this meeting, a regular mentoring session schedule will be discussed and agreed upon.

Our Student Mentor will stay in touch with you every 14 working days to ensure your comfort with the platform and monitor your progress.

Your primary trainer will maintain regular communication, reaching out in writing after each unit lodgement and via phone on a quarterly basis. This ensures you receive the necessary support and coaching until your course completion.
